Our office is at 12178 SW Garden Place, Tigard, OR, and the crews work across greater Portland and the Willamette Valley.

People stay, and move up
Two of our account executives started on the crew.
Eric D. joined in 2015 as a Maintenance Technician, completed a Project Management certificate at Portland State University, and has been an Account Executive since 2017. Austin joined in 2017 and worked six years as a maintenance technician before he was promoted. Zeb has been with HOA Services since 2007.

Porters
Assigned to one property and responsible for knowing it: lots, trash enclosures, common areas.
Maintenance technicians
The seasonal calendar: gutters, pressure washing, windows, dryer vents, winterization.
Repairs technicians
Decks, stairs, rot, fences, concrete and the handyman list, with a photo record at the end.
Account executives
Own a group of communities, schedule the crews and send the status emails.
