“HOA Services is an excellent company, very caring and easy to work with. Our HOA recently re striped our parking lot, adding numbered spots and visitor spots. There were a lot of decisions to be made and Zeke & Rocky were so patient, kind and did a great job!”

Eyes up

Washing one window, a technician is already reading five more things.

Our crews work with an eyes-up habit: spotting the emerging issue before it escalates and putting it on your account executive's desk, not your board's agenda.

How we work
  1. Submitted

    You send the request

Email, call or use the web form. Include the unit location, a phone number, photos and any materials, and it lands with your account executive.

  2. Ticketed

    It becomes a job ticket

Your account executive gathers the details and may dispatch a technician to assess before anything is quoted or scheduled.

  3. Scheduled

    Access is coordinated

We set the schedule with you and can distribute tenant or resident notices in advance, so nobody is surprised by a crew at the door.

  4. Dispatched

    The technician does the work

They assess, procure materials, repair, clean up and remove debris, and take before, during and after photos as they go.

  5. Closed

    You get the photo record

Quality checks, then an email status update with photo documentation. Job tickets are invoiced by property within 5-7 business days.

  6. “He is always great about keeping me updated with the progress of each project, and always lets me know once it’s completed.”

For boards and property managers

What managers ask before they switch vendors

Proposals for maintenance, janitorial or repairs are free. Prices depend on the property, so we quote after we have seen it.

Only the account executive who would be assigned to your community. That same person then handles all of your projects and requests, so you are not passed between a sales desk and a scheduler.

Yes. The same porter is assigned to your property and gets to know it like the back of their hand. All of our staff, porters included, are full-time employees with full benefits.

Your request by email, phone or web form becomes a job ticket. Your account executive gathers the details, may send a technician to assess, coordinates access and scheduling, and the technician completes the repair, cleans up and removes debris. Yes. HOA communities use us for per-unit, common-area and property-wide work, and we can help you plan the items a reserve study calls out. The Maintenance Shield Program starts with an expert walking and documenting your buildings, common areas and grounds.

Job tickets are invoiced by property within 5-7 business days, and are due upon receipt.
