About HOA Services
The people who answer your phone, and the systems that keep them on schedule.
Since 2016, leadership has focused on disciplined systems: one assigned account executive per community, a job ticket for every request, and a photo record when the work closes. The crews, porters and office staff behind those systems are full-time employees working out of our office on SW Garden Place in Tigard.
We believe that quality of service is founded in superior procedures, delivered at a local level, by great people, and nurtured by transparent and personal communication

How we operate
Three divisions on the properties, one office behind them
01
Janitorial
Routine cleaning on a custom checklist, the same full-time porter assigned to your property, and a Janitorial Supervisor who performs quality checks and reports back.
02
Maintenance
The seasonal work an account executive puts on a yearly calendar: roofs and gutters in spring, pressure washing, dryer vents, winterization, lighting and signs.
03
Repair
Decks, stairs, rot, fences and gates, concrete and the handyman list. A technician assesses, repairs, cleans up and sends photos of the finished work.
04
Business Office Administration
The fourth division of how we operate, run from the office in Tigard alongside janitorial, maintenance and repair, where job tickets are invoiced by property within 5-7 business days.
Technicians work eyes up.
It is the habit of looking past the task in front of you: a stained soffit above the gutter being cleared, a loose baluster beside the stair being washed, a light out along the path to the mailboxes. Those notes go on the job ticket, and the account executive passes them to the board or manager before they turn into a larger repair.
To see how a request travels from your email to a closed ticket, read how we work. If you want to be one of the people on this page, see careers at HOA Services.
