Commercial Floor Power Scrubbing
Power scrubbing for the hard floors tenants and the public walk on: walkways, parking areas, trash enclosures and the grease that settles into them.
Slick concrete, grease rings and algae in the high-traffic spots
On a Pacific Northwest property the hard floors take the worst of the wet season. Algae and moss film over shaded walkways, tire and cooking grease settles beside trash enclosures, and by February the pale patch outside a stairwell has gone dark and slick. A board or manager usually hears about it first as a slip complaint, well before anyone cares about the stain.
Retail centers add their own residue: cooking oil from a spilled container, rinse water that carried grease across a paved court, and the discolored rings left under outdoor tables after a dry summer. None of that comes up with a garden hose. It takes heat, scrubbing action and a plan for what happens to the waste afterward.

Scrubbers, heated water and a binder for the bad spills
HOA Services sends technicians who match the method to the surface: powered scrubbing equipment, heated high-pressure water, and a degreasing agent where the mess calls for one. For a restaurant grease spill in a trash enclosure, the crew lays down a binder first so the oil is absorbed and lifted rather than pushed across the pad and into the lot.
On the day, the crew sets out safety cones, works through the scope area by area, and removes the debris it loosens instead of rinsing it toward a drain. The technician photographs the area before and after, so the account executive can send the property manager a status email with the photo record attached.
One-time cleanups and standing scrub schedules
Power scrubbing runs two ways: on demand for one stained entry or an event cleanup, or on a pre-scheduled rotation for the enclosures, walkways and parking areas that stain every season. Your account executive, the one person who contacts you, can fold scrubbing into the annual seasonal calendar so it lands beside pressure washing and parking lot maintenance.
Requests arrive by email, phone or web form and become job tickets, invoiced by property within 5-7 business days and due on receipt. The proposal is free of charge. If you manage several communities around Tigard, Portland or Salem, each property can carry its own scope and schedule under the same account.
