Garbage, Recycling, Debris & Graffiti Removal
Routine pickup and on-demand hauling for dumped items, storm debris and graffiti, so small messes do not turn into hazards.
Dumped sofas, storm debris and tags on the trash enclosure
Properties collect things nobody ordered. A sofa left beside the dumpster, pallets and cardboard stacked against an enclosure that is already overflowing, branches and fir foliage after a windstorm, and spray paint on a fence or garage door. Each one invites the next, and a board that lets the first item sit usually sees a second within the week.
Graffiti is the sharpest case. Removed quickly it reads as an isolated event; left for a month it tells everyone the property is not being watched. Debris after a Pacific Northwest storm is the same story in a different form: it clogs drains, covers walkways and gives residents a reason to call the board.

Hauling, recycling and covering the mark
HOA Services removes dumped items, discarded furniture, boxes, pallets, bulk trash and enclosure overflow from common areas and grounds, and sends items that cannot go in the trash to recycling. After a storm the crews clear foliage and downed branches, and between tenants they can clean out a vacated unit.
For graffiti, the crew removes the mark and, where the wall, door or fence needs it, touches up with matching paint or stain so the repair does not become its own patch of mismatched color. The photo record shows the surface before and after, which helps when the board wants to see exactly what was done.
Routine pickup rounds or a one-time call
Routine garbage and debris removal runs through the janitorial side at a set frequency, from every weekday to weekly, monthly or seasonal. The same porter is assigned to a property, learns where dumping tends to happen, and reports debris or repairs that need attention before they turn into a hazard for residents.
One-time removal works through a job ticket: email, phone or web form, ideally with a photo of the pile. The account executive schedules it and sends the status with photos. Invoices go out by property within 5-7 business days, and hauling around Tigard, Portland and the Willamette Valley can ride along on an existing calendar.
